This Refund Policy also serves as the Return Policy for all original paintings and limited edition prints purchased from Brad Clark Fine Art.

Original Paintings & Limited Edition Prints

• You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
• The artwork must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Custom or commissioned pieces are non-returnable.
  

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact me at Brad@BradNClark.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. I will provide return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back to my studio (I recommend insured, trackable shipping).
4. Once I receive and inspect the item, I will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
   
   Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. I am not responsible for damage during return shipping.
