Thank you for purchasing original artwork from Brad Clark Fine Art. Every painting is carefully inspected, professionally packaged, and shipped with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Shipping Locations

Brad Clark Fine Art currently ships only within the United States, including:

• The contiguous 48 states
• Alaska
• Hawaii

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Free Shipping

Complimentary shipping is included on all original artwork shipped within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

There are no additional shipping charges for qualifying orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

If additional processing time is required due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly.

Shipping Carrier

All original artwork is shipped via UPS.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking information.

Packaging

Every original painting is professionally packaged using archival-quality materials to help ensure safe delivery.

Artwork is carefully wrapped and cushioned to protect both the painting and its frame during transit. All shipments are fully insured for added peace of mind.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimated by UPS and may vary depending on destination and shipping conditions.

Brad Clark Fine Art is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Brad Clark Fine Art within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the artwork
• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
• A brief description of the damage

This information will help expedite the resolution process and any necessary shipping claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address
